(1) The hearing of the status quo case, (FHC/CS/UY/1111/2015), instituted by Comandclem Nigeria Limited and two (2) of its Directors on behalf of the Innocent Patentees;
(A) to contest the unilateral power of Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, and Queen Akon Uwemedimo to debrief the competent Senior Advocate Of Nigeria, Babatunde Aiku (SAN), and engaged the legal services of Professor of Panadol Extral, Professor Bankole Sodipo,

(B) to challenge the purported appointment of Prince Reginould Uwemedimo as the Secretary of Comandclem Nigeria Limited as invalid, null and void and of no effect,

(C) to contest all the steps or actions purportedly taken by Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, and Queen Akon Uwemedimo without the authorization of Comandclem Nigeria Limited or its Management Board, or acting in the capacity of Company Secretary, as null and void ab initio, and of no effect,

(D) to obtain an order of perpetual injunction restraining Pastor Monday Obo Akpan whether by himself, his agents or privies, or any person or group of persons directly or indirectly from further interfering with the due administration, management and affairs of Comandclem Nigeria Limited,

(E) to obtain An order of perpetual injunction restraining Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, and Queen Akon Uwemedimo, their agents, servants or cronies from interfering with or further attempting to forcefully terminate the duties of Rev. Barr Jesse Daniels Onuigbo, Prince Ajamu Sunday Adedayo and Mr. Olatunji Abiola or any staff of Comandclem Nigeria Limited except by the resolution and authorization of the Board of Directors of the Company properly constituted,

(F) to obtain a declaration that the purported resolution or mandate contained in the letter dated 24^th September, 2014 issued  by Adiamiko Royal Family to Pastor Monday Obo Akpan to take over the management of Comandclem Nigeria Limited is illegal, null and void and of no effect whatsoever,
before the Federal High Court, Uyo, has recorded an outstanding progress on 16^th day of May, 2016 as the Presiding Judge, Honourable Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu, granted the Motion On Notice filed by Barrister Ifeanyi Idika to Amend The Statement Of Claims, of CCNL, and subsequently ordered all the parties in the case to file all the court papers on or before 23^rd Of May, 2016 in readiness for the proper trial of Prince Reginould’s forgery allegation in CAC and perpetual injunction restraining Pastor Monday Obo Akpan in the management and administration of CCNL to commence on 20^th Of June, 2016.

(2) Barring any unforeseen circumstances, all the court`s papers necessary to kick start the aforesaid trial are expected to have been filed and served on or before 23^rd Of May, 2016 to pave a favourable judicial platform to finalize the hearing of the status quo case, (FHC/CS/UY/1111/2015) as quickly as possible.

(3) It is neither new nor news that Prince Reginould Uwemedimo and Queen Akon Uwemedimo had debriefed Babatunde Aiku (SAN), and engaged the legal services of Professor of Patent Medicine Store and Panadol Extral, Professor Bankole Sodipo, who had failed woefully to restore the dismissed appeal of CCNL in three (3) consecutive times in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(4) In view of the fact that Comandclem Nigeria Limited and two (2) of its Directors cannot fold their hands and allow the investments of innocent patentees destroy in the Supreme Court of Nigeria by this Professor of Patent Medicine Store and Panadol Extral, Professor Bankole Sodipo, a statue quo application was filed in the Federal High Court, Uyo to stop him haven tried all means to amicably resolve the lingering crises among the parties.

(5) The Board of Directors will do everything legally to protect the investments of innocent patentees in the face of resistance from Queen Akon Uwemedimo, Prince Reginould Uwemedimo , Pastor Monday Obo Akpan and Professor Bankole Sodipo.

(6) Once more, we feel your pains, difficulties, and inconveniencies being encountered in recent times due to the unsolicited interference of Adiamiko Family with the administration of Comandclem Nigeria Limited.

(7) We appreciate your understanding in this regard as we are looking forward to the 20th day of June, 2016, for the trial in the status quo application before Honourable Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division.

(1.1)Comandclem Nigeria Limited was established by Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo to realize the unpaid royalties expected to be accrued to Nigerians, most especially Patentees, over the infringement of his patented invention (RP:13522) by Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited.

(1.2)Being a patriotic and de-tribalized Nigerian, Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo invited Nigerians, irrespective of their ethnicities, political affiliations, religious beliefs, custom and traditions, to support him financially through registration into “King`s Clement Foundation” or “Committee of Friend”.

(1.3)The concerted efforts of Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo and Patentees yielded positive results when Honourable Justice Kumai Bayang Akaahs (JCA) ruled that:

(i) The oral agreement between Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo and Senior Staff of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited to pay Comandclem Nigeria Limited the sum of $2 per barrel for every petroleum product produced was not contrary to public policy.

(ii)Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo was the true and statutory inventor of Anti-Corrosive Special Paint for QIT QAD, RP:13522

(1.4)Honourable Justice Kumai Bayang Akaahs (JCA) failed to award over $40 Billion Dollars patent right infringement damages against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited on the bases that:

(i)The case instituted by Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited was statute barred.

(ii)Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo failed to show evidence of continuous infringement of his patented invention by Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited after its registration on 5th of August, 1999.

(1.5) As a result of the above, Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo appealed the ruling delivered by Honourable Justice Kumai Bayang Akaahs (JCA) in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(2.0) How Pastor Monday Obo Akpan Truncated The Unity In CCNL

(2.1)Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo dismissed Pastor Monday Obo Akpan on the 7th day of February, 2011, for Anti-Comandclem’s Activities, but in retaliation, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan withdrawn the Appeal Of CCNL in the Supreme Court of Nigeria on 24th day of March, 2011 without the knowledge of Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo.

(2.2)Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo only discovered that his appeal has been withdrawn from the Supreme Court of Nigeria on the 5th of May, 2014 when Honourable Justice Onnoghen (JSC) notified him of the ugly development haven dismissed the over $40 Billion Dollars appeal.

(2.3)The unexpected dismissal of over $40 Billion Dollars Appeal of CCNL contributed to the untimely death of Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo on the 18th day of July, 2014.

(2.4)After the death of Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan successfully brainwashed the first wife of the King, Dr. Queen Akon CJA Uwemedimo in a resolution which was held on 24th September, 2014 and I quote verbatim.

“Resolution Taken And Mandate Given By The Chiefs, Elders And The Entire Members Of The Family On 24th September, 2014”

Our Resolution

We hereby resolved from today 24th September, 2014 as follows:
“1. That we the entire family members of Adiamiko Royal family do hereby also join to endorse Pastor Monday Obo Akpan as the General Manager and also to join the management team of Comandclem Nigeria limited.

3.That Pastor Monday O. Akpan who is the General Manager of CCNL and the management team immediately take over the litigation and administration of CCNL to ensure proper accountability and diligent prosecution of all the cases in court, particularly the case between CCNL VS MPN at the Supreme Court.

7. That Queen Akon C.J.A. Uwemedimo and the immediate family hereby consent to Pastor Monday O. Akpan and management team to carry on, in all the legal actions in oneness of mind and spirit to ensure quick logical conclusion of all the cases in various courts.”

(2.5)The questions are

(i)Does Adiamiko Royal Family have the corporate capacity (locus standi) to impose or appoint Pastor Monday Obo Akpan as the General Manager of an incorporated organization (CCNL) without the Approval and Resolution of the Board of Directors to that effect?

(ii)Does Adiamiko Royal Family have the corporate capacity (locus standi) to empower Pastor Monday Obo Akpan to hijack the Litigation and Administration Departments of an incorporated (CCNL) organization without the Approval and Resolution of the Board of Directors to that effect?

(2.6)Honourable Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division shall provide answers to the above simple questions on the 16th of May, 2016, fixed for hearing the Status Quo Application: (FHC/CS/UY/1111/2015).

(3.0)Professor Bankole Sodipo- An Instrument Of Truncation

(3.1)Haven hijacked the Administration and Litigation Departments of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan imposed Professor Bankole Sodipo on Patentees and failed woefully three consecutive times in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(3.2)This Professor Of Patent Medicine Store, Professor Bankole Sodipo , caused a lot of confusions among the appointed Board of Directors and Patentees, even destroyed the case of CCNL in the Supreme Court of Nigeria to an extent that the judges described his Restoration Application As Incompetent.
 

(3.3)Pastor Monday Obo Akpan has adopted Professor Bankole Sodipo as a tool of truncation to cause disunity, crises and calamities among the family of Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo, appointed Board of Directors, even Patentees which rendered the appeal of CCNL against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited in the Supreme Court of Nigeria stagnant, no progress and no hearing date.

(4.0)Conclusion

(4.1)Despite the confusion and disunity created by Pastor Monday Obo Akpan in the Administration of Comandclem Nigeria Limited and the family of Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo, on the 7th day of May, 2016, the two wives of the King, namely Queen Dr Akon Uwemedimo and Queen Dr Felicia Uwemedimo put the differences created by Pastor Monday Obo Akpan behind them and celebrated the marriage ceremony of Regina Clement Uwemedimo and Samuel Ekpo Jacob held at Christ the King Cathedral No 5 Wellington Bassey Way, Uyo.

(1.1) Today, 26th of April, 2016, marks the 16th years celebration of the World Intellectual Property`s Day; a day set aside to give special recognitions to the roles Intellectual Property Rights, (patent right, trade mark, industrial design, copyright) , played in the encouragement of innovations and creativities.

(1.2) The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is one of the 17th specialized agencies of the United Nations which was created in 1967 to encourage creative activities, promotes the protection of intellectual property throughout the world.

(1.3) The World Intellectual Property Day was established by The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in the year 2000 to “raise awareness of how patents, copyright, trademarks and designs impact on daily life” and “to celebrate creativity, and the contributions made by creators and innovators to the development of societies across the globe”.

(2.1) Being Proactive, Late King CJA Uwemedimo applied to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for the global protection of his patented invention forty-two (42) days (19/01/2010) after the landmark judgment delivered by Honourable Justice Kumai Bayang Akaahs (JCA) on the 8th of October, 2010 to the effect that Comandclem Nigeria Limited was the true and statutory inventor of Anti-Corrosive Special Paint for Q.I.T. (Transteel Blue, White Enamel (Q.A.D.).

(2.3) Late King CJA Uwemedimo successfully protected his patented invention globally through “Patent Cooperation Treaty” (PCT);  it assists patent applicants to seek patent protection internationally for their inventions, helps patent offices with their patent granting decisions, and facilitates public access to a wealth of technical information relating to those inventions.

(3.0) Conclusion

(3.1) Despite the national patent certificate (RP:13522) and global patent protection (PCT/GB2010/000074) being accorded to Late King CJA Uwemedimo and Comandclem Nigeria Limited, innocent patentees who had invested their hard-earn incomes in the patented invention of CCNL have not realized any return (royalty) on their investments due to the inconclusiveness of the ongoing patent right appeal against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(3.2) The delay in the final determination of the appeal against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited is not traceable to the poor administration of justice in Nigeria only, but also the de-briefing of Baba-Tunde Aiku (SAN) (Leading Counsel of CCNL) by the self-acclaimed only one surviving director, Akon Uwemedimo and the engagement of the patent medicine store lawyer and Professor of Panadol-Extral, Professor Bankole Sodipo.

(3.3) This patent medicine store lawyer and Professor of Panadol-Extral, Professor Bankole Sodipo failed three consecutive times to restore the dismissed appeal of CCNL because his arguments before the Supreme Court were designed to protect one ex-staff of CCNL, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan, at the detriment of innocent patentees.

(3.4) Comandclem Nigeria Limited and two (2) of its Directors had instituted a case (FHC/CS/UY/1111/2015) challenging the unilateral power of Prince   Reginould Uwemedimo, and Queen Akon Uwemedimo to debrief the competent Senior Advocate Of Nigeria, Babatunde Aiku (SAN, and engage the legal services of this patent medicine store lawyer and Professor of Panadol-Extral, Professor Bankole Sodipo.

(3.5) The hearing of this case,(FHC/CS/UY/1111/2015), has been fixed to the 16th day of May, 2016, before Honourble Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division.

(1.0) Introduction

(1.1) The case (FHC/CS/UY/1111/2015) instituted by Comandclem Nigeria Limited and two (2) of its Directors challenging the unilateral power of Prince   Reginould Uwemedimo, and Queen Akon Uwemedimo to debrief the competent Senior Advocate Of Nigeria, Babatunde Aiku (SAN, and engage the legal services of the incompetent lawyer from Unilag, Professor Bankole Sodipo, could not hold on the 4^th day of April, 2016, before Honourble Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division owing to the Federal High Court`s Long Easter Holiday Vacation which started on the 25^th of March, 2016 and ended on the 4^th of April, 2016.

(1.2) In full realization of the fact that Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, and Queen Akon Uwemedimo who single-handedly employed the service of this Professor Of Panadol Extra from Unilag, Professor Bankole Sodipo, might have compromised the royalties of Nigerians with Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited as demonstrated in the last three (3) consecutive hearing failures in the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Comandclem Nigeria Limited and two (2) of its Directors sued Queen Akon Uwemedimo, Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan and four (4) others for an order of the court to maintain the status quo so as to protect the investments of innocent patentees.

(2.0) The Chronological Order Of Hearing Status Quo Application

(2.1)On The 12^th Day Of November, 2015.

(A) Hearing:

-The Status Quo Case came-up before Honourable Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division, then, Barrister Linus Mbay ESQ misinformed the court that The Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court had made him the Counsel to represent Comandclem Nigeria Limited in the case.

(B) Court Pronouncement:

- Honourable Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division, ordered Barrister Linus Mbay ESQ to produce the certified true copy of the Supreme Court ruling which made him CCNL Counsel and subsequently adjourned the case to the 13^th day of January, 2015.

(2.2) On the 13^th day of January, 2016.

(A) Hearing:

-The hearing of the Status Quo Suit came-up before Honourable Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu, but Barrister Linus Mbay ESQ failed to exhibit ruling of the Supreme Court which made him the lawyer of Comandclem Nigeria Limited.
- Barrister Linus Mbay ESQ only requested for an adjournment in a letter adduced by Pastor Monday Obo Akpan to the court stating that he could not appear in court due to ill health.

(B) Court Pronouncement:

-In view of the above, Honourable Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu, adjourned the suit to the 15^th day of February, 2016, to enable Barrister Linus Mbay ESQ to exhibit the ruling of the Supreme Court which made him the lawyer of Comandclem Nigeria Limited.

(2.3) On The 15^th Day Of February, 2016.

(A) Hearing:

-Barrister Linus Mbay ESQ haven being discharged from the hospital, announced his appearance for Queen Akon Uwemedimo, Prince Reginould Uwemedimo and Pastor Monday Obo Akpan but failed woefully to exhibit the Supreme Court of Nigeria Rulings held on the 19^th of October, 2015 which made him CCNL Lawyer.

(B) Court Pronouncement:
In view of the above, among other things, the court adjourned the case to April 4, 2016 for hearing.

(2.4) On 4^th Of April, 2016

(A) Hearing:
The hearing of the status quo case could not hold due to the long Easter Holiday Vacation which started on the 25^th of March, 2016 and ended on the 4^th of April, 2016.

(3.1) The plausible needs to support Comandclem Nigeria Limited in the Status Quo Case have been emphasized by Patentees in Lagos State in a meeting held recently in view of its importance to the going concern of the company, and speedy conclusion of the case against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited ongoing in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(3.2) One of the Elders of Patentees (who prefers non-disclosure of his identity) in Lagos State in a meeting held recently said;

-Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo had good plans for Nigerians most especially Patentees.

-His legacies must be maintained to protect the investments of innocent patentees.

-When Queen Akon Uwemedimo and Prince Reginould Uwemedimo deviated from the legacies of the King, what happened to them?

-They failed in three (3) consecutive times in the Supreme Court of Nigeria and caused unnecessary daley in the final determination of the case.

-We have adopted all means to talk to them, but all aborted.

-The status Quo case in the Federal High Court Uyo, will correct all the errors made by Queen Akon Uwemedimo & Prince Reginould Uwemedimo and empowered the appointed board of directors to follow the legacies of the King so as to protect the investments of Innocent Patentees.

(4.0)   Objectives Of The Status Quo Application

(4.1) In the Status Quo Application, Comandclem Nigeria Limited and two (2) of its Directors are praying the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division for the following orders among others.

(A) An order setting aside all the steps or actions purportedly taken by Queen Akon Uwemedimo and Prince Reginould Uwemedimo without the authorization of Comandclem Nigeria Limited or its Management Board, or acting in the capacity of Company Secretary, as null and void ab initio, and of no effect.

(B) An order of perpetual injunction restraining Pastor Monday Obo Akpan whether by himself, his agents or privies, or any person or group of persons directly or indirectly from further interfering with the due administration, management and affairs of Comandclem Nigeria Limited

(C) A declaration that the purported resolution or mandate contained in the letter dated 24^th September, 2014 issued  by Adiamiko Royal Family to Pastor Monday Obo Akpan to take over the management of Comandclem Nigeria Limited is illegal, null and void and of no effect whatsoever. 

(5.0)   Conclusion

(5.1) The Long Easter Holiday Vacation denied Honourble Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division, jurisdiction to continue the hearing of the Status Quo Application On 4^th of April, 2016 as demonstrated by Honourable Justice Obaseki, (J.S.C) in the case involving Itaye & Ors Versus Ekaidere & Ors (1978) LPELR-1558(SC), and I quote verbatim;

"We are therefore in no doubt that it is the law that the High Court will not normally sit or open during vacation to hear or continue the hearing of cases.

(1.1) Professor Bankole Sodipo recorded another grievous setback traceable to his embarrassing and woeful performances in a futile effort to restore the dismissed appeal (SC.69/2011) filed by Comandclem Nigeria Limited against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited in an Appeal held on 23^rd day of February, 2016 in the Supreme Court of Nigeria over patent right infringement and breach of sole supplier agreement of the patented invention of Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo, RP:13522, Anti-Corrosive Special Paint for QIT, QAD.

(1.2) This is the third times, the Only One Surviving Director in CCNL, Queen Akon Uwemedimo, and the Only One Surviving Secretary in CCNL, Prince Reginould Uwemedimo would impose the highly rated Professor Of Patent Medicine Store, Professor Bankole Sodipo, on the innocent patentees to delay the final determination and speedy finalization of the sixteen (16) years old patent case.

(1.3) In his first appearance on the 2^nd of June, 2015,  this highly rated Professor Of Patent Medicine Store, Professor Bankole Sodipo, appeared before the Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria claiming to have being employed by Only One Surviving Director in CCNL, Queen Akon Uwemedimo, and Only One Surviving Secretary in CCNL, Prince Reginould Uwemedimo; contrary to the set of lawyers (Aiku Babatunde (SAN), Barrister Jesse Daniels ESQ, Barrister Kunle Faokunla ESQ) dully employed by late King CJA Uwemedimo during his life-time.

(1.4) In his second appearance on 19^th of October, 2015, this highly rated Professor Of Patent Medicine Store, Professor Bankole Sodipo, was allowed to justify his quality and expertise before the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria but failed woefully to restore the dismissed appeal, and he exhibited high level of unprofessionalism to resurrect the dismissed appeal of Late King CJA Uwemedimo.

(3.0) Interpretation Of The Ruling Of The Supreme Court On The Incompetent Restoration Application Filed By Professor Bankole Sodipo On Behalf Of CCNL

(3.1) On the 5^th of May, 2014, Honourable Justice Walter Nkanu Onnoghen (JSC) exhibited A Notice Of Withdrawal allegedly written by Professor Tony Ukam (CCNL Former Counsel) claiming that King CJA Uwemedimo does not intend to prosecute the appeal in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(3.2) As a result of the aforesaid Notice of Withdrawal, Honourable Justice Walter Nkanu Onnoghen (JSC) dismissed the appeal filed by Comandclem Nigeria Limited, while Honourable Justice Olabode Rhodes-Vivour (JSC) advised CCNL to file a Restoration Application to resurrect the dismissed appeal.

(3.3) On 19^th of October, 2015, this Professor Of Patent Medicine Store, Professor Bankole Sodipo made an oral application to withdraw the Restoration Application filed by Comandclem Nigeria Limited under the supervision and instruction of Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo while he moved his own Incompetent Restoration Application to destroy the investments of innocent Patentees.

(3.4) On 23^rd of February, 2016, the Honourable Justices of the Supreme Court of Nigeria struck-out the Incompetent Restoration Application filed by this  Professor Of Patent Medicine Store, Professor Bankole Sodipo on behalf of Comandclem Nigeria Limited.

(3.5) From the eye of the law, a restoration application which has been struck-out by the Supreme Court can be revived by the Legal Counsel of Comandclem Nigeria Limited through a competent application to that effect.

(3.6) The above principle of law was demonstrated by Honourable Justice Niky Toby (JCA) in the case involving Ume & Ors. Versus Nigeria Renowned Trading Company Ltd when the court said and I quote verbatim.

“On the other hand, a matter struck out could be revived by the party. This he could do either by repeating the same court process or by an amended form; in either case, returning the process in its original or amended content to the cause list. “

(3.7) In one word, the investments of innocent patentees in the intellectual property of CCNL have not been destroyed but the finalization of the appeal has been delayed by this Professor Of Patent Medicine Store, Professor Bankole Sodipo , as the Board of Directors properly reconstituted by the Late Chairman, King Professor CJA Uwemedimo had instituted a suit against the Only One Surviving Director in CCNL, Queen Akon Uwemedimo, and Only One Surviving Secretary, Secretary in CCNL, Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, Pastor Monday Obo Akpan and four (4) others fixed for hearing 4^th of April, 2016 in the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division.

(4.0)The Legal Approach To Protect The Investments Of Patentees

(4.1) Being pro-active and committed to the legacies of the King , Comandclem Nigeria Limited & Two (2) Of Its Directors had instituted A Status Quo Suit (FHC/UY/CS/1111/2015) as far back as on the 22^nd of June, 2015, twenty (20) days when Professor Bankole Sodipo who was neither briefed by Late King CJA Uwemedimo nor employed by CCNL`s Board of Directors suddenly hijacked CCNL`s Appeal in the Supreme Court of Nigeria from the set of lawyers dully employed by the Late Chairman of the company.

(4.2) In the status Quo Suit fixed for hearing on 4^th of April, 2016, before Honourable Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division, Comandclem Nigeria Limited & Two (2) Of Its Directors prayed the court as follows among other things.

-A declaration that the Management Board of Comandclem Nigeria Limited duly constituted by the Late Chairman Of Comandclem Nigeria Limited is the body responsible for the management and running of the affairs of Comandclem Nigeria Limited and any contrary board, person or group of persons not dully appointed by the board is unlawful.

-An order of perpetual injunction restraining Pastor Monday Obo Akpan whether by himself, his agent or privies, or any person or group of person directly or indirectly from interfering with the due administration, management and affairs of Comandclem Nigeria Limited.

-An order setting aside all the steps or actions purportedly taken by, Queen Akon Uwemedimo, and Prince Reginould Uwemedimo unilaterally without the authorization of Comandclem Nigeria Limited or its Management Board, or acting as the Company Secretary, as null and void ab initio, and of no effect.

-An order setting aside the purported appointment of Prince Reginould Uwemedimo as company secretary of Comandclem Nigeria Limited as invalid

(5.0) Conclusion

(5.1) The Board of Directors in Comandclem Nigeria Limited feels the pains, difficulties, and inconveniencies being experienced by the Innocent Patentees in the hands of the Only One Surviving Director in CCNL, Queen Akon Uwemedimo, and the Only One Surviving Secretary in CCNL, Prince Reginould Uwemedimo which resulted to the hijacking of CCNL appeal by the Professor Of Patent Medicine Store, Professor Bankole Sodipo in the Supreme court of Nigeria.

(5.2) Queen Akon Uwemedimo, and Prince Reginould Uwemedimo have been adopting Pastor Monday Obo Akpan and Professor Bankole Sodipo to fight the legacies of Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo which have resulted to their three (3) consecutive failures in the Supreme Court of Nigeria on 2^nd of June, 2015, 19^th of October, 2015 and 23^rd of February, 2016.

(5.3) The ruling of the Supreme Court of Nigeria which dismissed the application to substitute the name of Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo with that of Prince Reginould Uwemedimo names was an indication and signs that the spirit of the King is fighting Prince Reginould Uwemedimo.

(5.4) Prince Reginould Uwemedimo cannot step into the shoes of the Late King Professor CJA Uwemedimo because the spirit of the Late Chairman is fighting him due to the legacies of the king being destroyed.

(5.5) The Board of Directors will do everything legally to protect the investments of innocent patentees in the face of resistance from Queen Akon Uwemedimo, Prince Reginould Uwemedimo , Pastor Monday Obo Akpan and Professor Bankole Sodipo.
