(1.0) Fundamental Facts Of The Case

(1.1)  On 23rd of February, 2015, a team of policemen headed by ASP Charles Abassi,( A Police Officer attached to the Zone 6 (Calabar) Headquarters Of The Nigeria Police Force), Pastor Monday Obo Akpan (The Dismissed General Manager of CCNL) , and Innocent Ita (A Thug of Pastor Monday Obo Akpan)  stormed the Head Office of Comandclem Nigeria Limited situated at number 23 Aka Idak Eyop Street Uyo, when the Board of Directors` Meeting was about to commence, and subsequently arrested the Executive Secretary and The Head Of The Legal Team of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Reverend Barrister Jesse Daniels Onuigbo, without any warrant of arrest and police invitation, and drove him to C- Division of the Nigeria Police, Uyo, before he was finally detained at the Zone 6 Police Headquarters Calabar.

(1.2) The Director of Admin in the Board of Directors of Comandclem Nigeria Limited, Prince Ajamu Sunday, would have been arrested and detained as well, but he was very fortunate enough to have arrived at the venue of the BOD`s Meeting very late due to an unexpected delay of flight from Lagos to Uyo.
