The Board Of Directors In CCNL Appointed By King Uwemedimo Are On-Top Of The Situations

(1) Sequel to the unexpected conflict that erupted between Babatunde Aiku (SAN) and Professor Bankole Sodipo on the appearance for Comandclem Nigeria Limited in an Appeal against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited in the Supreme Court of Nigeria on the 2nd of June, 2015, I am happy to inform every patentees, lovers, friends, and associates of King Professor CJA Uwemedimo that the Board of Directors (BOD) in CCNL are ON TOP OF THE SITUATIONS.

(2) The unexpected emergence of Professor Bankole Sodipo as a Leading Legal Counsel of CCNL on the 2nd of June, 2015 in the Supreme Court of Nigeria came as a big surprise owing to the facts that,

(2.1) there was no Valid Board of Directors’ Resolutions to engage him in such a capacity.

(2.2) he had already filed an application to join one Oyewo Muideen Adekunle from Kwara State as an Appellant in the same suit.

(3.0) In recent times, it came to my observation that some greedy family members of the Late Chairman and some dismissed staff of CCNL unofficially contacted Professor Bankole Sodipo to lead the legal team of CCNL without the resolutions of the Board Of Directors (BOD) appointed by King Professor CJA Uwemedimo on the 15th day of May, 2013, at its Head Office at No. 23 Aka Idak Eyop Street Uyo.

(4.0) The anti-comandclem`s activities of those greedy family members and some dismissed staff of CCNL are targeted at destroying the legacies, policies, corporate structures, and good programs of King CJA Uwemedimo to Nigerians most especially the esteemed CCNL Patentees.

(5.0) The anti-comandclem`s activities of those greedy family members and some dismissed staff of CCNL have delayed the final determination of this appeal for additional five (5) months and sixteen (16) days, (19th of October, 2015 less 2nd of June, 2015).

(6) On behalf of the Board Of Directors (BOD) appointed by King Professor CJA Uwemedimo on the 15th day of May, 2013, at its Head Office at No. 23 Aka Idak Eyop Street Uyo, I apologize for any pain and inconveniency the esteemed CCNL Patentees might have suffered owing to the ugly incidence that erupted unexpectedly on the 2nd of June, 2015 in the Supreme court of Nigeria.

(7) On the 19th of October, 2015, I want to assure every patentees, lovers, friends, and associates of King Professor CJA Uwemedimo that such an ugly incidence will not repeat itself because of the fact that Board of Directors in CCNL are ON TOP OF THE UGLY SITUATIONS.

(8) Comandclem Nigeria Limited is neither a political party nor a family affair but a legal entity piloted by The Board Of Directors (BOD) appointed by King Professor CJA Uwemedimo on the 15th day of May, 2013, at its Head Office at No. 23 Aka Idak Eyop Street Uyo.
