(1.0) Advice Of The Supreme Court Of Nigeria

(1.1)  In view of the appearances of two counsels, Babatunde Aiku (SAN), and Professor Bankole Sodipo, for Comandclem Nigeria Limited in an appeal against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited in the Supreme Court of Nigeria on the 2nd of June, 2015, the court advised Comandclem Nigeria Limited when Honourable Justice Walter Nkanu Onnoghen (JSC) said and I quote.

“I think the best thing to do in this circumstance is to give them the chance, let them come back with one counsel to represent them, then on that day, the court can look into those applications and move in terms.

By sitting down here, we are ready to deal with the matter; at least those applications that are in the case files, not those ones that are just coming in now.

If we don’t do that, they will say we have denied them fair hearing, and there is no other court to appeal except on the internet.

(2.0) Advice Of The Federal High Court Uyo Judicial Division.

(2.1) In view of the appearances of two counsels, Barrister Linus Mbey (ESQ) with Daniel Ogbunya (ESQ), and Barrister Ifeanyi Idika (ESQ) for Comandclem Nigeria limited in Suit No. FHC/UY/CS/61/2015: Rev. Bar. Jesse- Daniels Onuigbo& 1 Or. Versus Prince  Reginould Uwemedimo& 9 Ors., Honourble Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu ordered as follows.

(4.0)  The Impacts Of Board Of Directors` Resolutions On Patentees` Investments

(4.1)The proposed and duly passed resolutions of the Board Of Directors in Comandclem Nigeria Limited have more empowered the set of lawyers (Rev. (5.2)  It will amount to an act of ingratitude if I fail to appreciate Patentees who financed the successful court-ordered Board of Directors `meeting held on the 7th of October, 2015 at the company’s Head Quarters at No. 23 Aka Idak Eyop St. Uyo, AkwaI bom State.
