*Court Granted Motion On Notice To Amend Statement Of Claim
*Court Ordered All Parties To File All Court`s Papers On Or Before 23rd Of May, 2016

(1) The hearing of the status quo case, (FHC/CS/UY/1111/2015), instituted by Comandclem Nigeria Limited and two (2) of its Directors on behalf of the Innocent Patentees;
(A) to contest the unilateral power of Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, and Queen Akon Uwemedimo to debrief the competent Senior Advocate Of Nigeria, Babatunde Aiku (SAN), and engaged the legal services of Professor of Panadol Extral, Professor Bankole Sodipo,

(B) to challenge the purported appointment of Prince Reginould Uwemedimo as the Secretary of Comandclem Nigeria Limited as invalid, null and void and of no effect,

(C) to contest all the steps or actions purportedly taken by Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, and Queen Akon Uwemedimo without the authorization of Comandclem Nigeria Limited or its Management Board, or acting in the capacity of Company Secretary, as null and void ab initio, and of no effect,

(D) to obtain an order of perpetual injunction restraining Pastor Monday Obo Akpan whether by himself, his agents or privies, or any person or group of persons directly or indirectly from further interfering with the due administration, management and affairs of Comandclem Nigeria Limited,

(E) to obtain An order of perpetual injunction restraining Prince Reginould Uwemedimo, and Queen Akon Uwemedimo, their agents, servants or cronies from interfering with or further attempting to forcefully terminate the duties of Rev. Barr Jesse Daniels Onuigbo, Prince Ajamu Sunday Adedayo and Mr. Olatunji Abiola or any staff of Comandclem Nigeria Limited except by the resolution and authorization of the Board of Directors of the Company properly constituted,

(F) to obtain a declaration that the purported resolution or mandate contained in the letter dated 24th September, 2014 issued  by Adiamiko Royal Family to Pastor Monday Obo Akpan to take over the management of Comandclem Nigeria Limited is illegal, null and void and of no effect whatsoever,
before the Federal High Court, Uyo, has recorded an outstanding progress on 16th day of May, 2016 as the Presiding Judge, Honourable Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu, granted the Motion On Notice filed by Barrister Ifeanyi Idika to Amend The Statement Of Claims, of CCNL, and subsequently ordered all the parties in the case to file all the court papers on or before 23rd Of May, 2016 in readiness for the proper trial of Prince Reginould’s forgery allegation in CAC and perpetual injunction restraining Pastor Monday Obo Akpan in the management and administration of CCNL to commence on 20th Of June, 2016.

(2) Barring any unforeseen circumstances, all the court`s papers necessary to kick start the aforesaid trial are expected to have been filed and served on or before 23rd Of May, 2016 to pave a favourable judicial platform to finalize the hearing of the status quo case, (FHC/CS/UY/1111/2015) as quickly as possible.

(3) It is neither new nor news that Prince Reginould Uwemedimo and Queen Akon Uwemedimo had debriefed Babatunde Aiku (SAN), and engaged the legal services of Professor of Patent Medicine Store and Panadol Extral, Professor Bankole Sodipo, who had failed woefully to restore the dismissed appeal of CCNL in three (3) consecutive times in the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

(4) In view of the fact that Comandclem Nigeria Limited and two (2) of its Directors cannot fold their hands and allow the investments of innocent patentees destroy in the Supreme Court of Nigeria by this Professor of Patent Medicine Store and Panadol Extral, Professor Bankole Sodipo, a statue quo application was filed in the Federal High Court, Uyo to stop him haven tried all means to amicably resolve the lingering crises among the parties.

(5) The Board of Directors will do everything legally to protect the investments of innocent patentees in the face of resistance from Queen Akon Uwemedimo, Prince Reginould Uwemedimo , Pastor Monday Obo Akpan and Professor Bankole Sodipo.

(6) Once more, we feel your pains, difficulties, and inconveniencies being encountered in recent times due to the unsolicited interference of Adiamiko Family with the administration of Comandclem Nigeria Limited.

(7) We appreciate your understanding in this regard as we are looking forward to the 20th day of June, 2016, for the trial in the status quo application before Honourable Justice Ijeoma L. Ojukwu of the Federal High Court, Uyo Judicial Division.
