(1.0)Introduction

(1.1) The monetary and non-monetary promises made by King Professor Emeritus CJA Uwemedimo on the 15th of May, 2013, at 23 Aka-Idial Eyop, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, in which he emphasized the needs to compensate some patentees heavily for their undivided loyalties, and support towards his patented invention, are affordable to the Management of Comandclem Nigeria Limited.

(1.2) The Monetary Claims against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited for the patent-right infringement of Comandclem Nigeria Limited in the Supreme Court of Nigeria as stated in Paragraph 29 (iii), (iv), (v), and (viii) of the Amended Statement of Claims as pronounced by Honourable Justice Christopher M. Chukwuma-Eneh not to have been affected by the limitation law are analyzed below.

(2.0) Claims Of CCNL Against Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited

(29 iii)The sum of $2.00 (two dollars) or the equivalent in naira as royalty per barrel of crude oil, condensate, liquefied natural gas (NGL) and gas produced daily by the defendant relying on Friday Report of 22 October, 1999 from 5th August 1999 to 4th day of August, 2001 a total of 731 days.

Total Number Of Days       = 731 Days

Total Number Of Barrels

 Of Products Per Day          =3,244,000 Par Barrel

Royalty Per Product            = $2:00

Total Claims 731 X 3,244,000 X $2:00= $4,742,728,000

(Four Billion, Seven Hundred And Forty Two Million, Seven Hundred And Twenty-Eight Thousand Dollars)

(29 iv)The sum of $2.00 (two dollars) or the equivalent in Naira as royalty per barrel of crude oil, liquefied natural gas (NGL) and gas produced daily by the defendant from the 5th of August, 2001 till the determination of the case.

(3.0) Analyses Of Monetary Claims In Paragraph 29 (iii) Of the Amended Statement of Claims 

(3.1) The expected royalties accruable to patentees of CCNL within the period of two (2) years out of twenty (20) years have been estimated as $4,742,728,000 (Four Billion, Seven Hundred And Forty Two Million, Seven Hundred And Twenty-Eight Thousand Dollars)

(3.2) From the above calculations, I am left with no option than to congratulate every patentees of CCNL most especially participants in the Heavy Compensation Investment Plans.

(3.3)The injection of$4,742,728,000 being a foreign currency into the working capital of Comandclem Nigeria Limited is more than enough to settle all the participants in the heavy compensation investment plans.

(4.0) Conclusion

(4.1)Compare an (8) eight-year-patentee in CCNL who had invested with =N=20,000 and will earn =N=2,920,000 as arrears, with a participant in The Heavy Compensation Investment Plan who will invest =N=100,000 and earn =N=5,000,000 (Pay-Off)

(4.2) Comparative analyses of an Eight (8) year-patentee in CCNL and Participant In The Heavy Investment Plan

The calculations:

(A) Eight (8) year-patentee in CCNL 

Initial Investment is =N= 20,000 naira

Returns on investment is 365 days times =N=1,000 times 8 years =2,920,000 naira

(B)Participant In The Heavy Investment Plan

Initial Investment is =N=100,000

Returns on investment is =N=5,000,000(Pay Off)

(4.3) With this Heavy Compensation Investment Plan,

(1) With N50,000, you can get N2,500,000.

(2) With N100,000, you can get N5,000,000.

(3) With N200,000, you can get N10,000,000.
