Executive Summary Of Proceedings

(1) The Application To Substitute The name of Late King CJA Uwemedimo with the name of Prince Reginoiud Uwemedimo was dismissed.

(2) Honourable Justice Galadima (JSC) with annoyance told Professor Bankole Sodipo that the Restoration Application he filed was incompetent.

(3) Professor Bankole Sodipo made an oral application to withdraw his incompetent restoration application and subsequently, Honourable Justice Galadima (JSC) struck it out, without fixing a new
hearing date.

(4) The event in the court provided a favourable avenue to stop Professor Bankole Sodipo in the case instituted against him fixed for 4th of April, 2016 in The Federal High Court, Uyo.

(5) CCNL appreciates all patentees in view of the fact that CCNL Restoration Application was only struck out but not dismissed, justifying the fact that the Supreme court of Nigeria is ready to hear and restore the Appeal of CCNL if another competent motion filed.
